This page captures basic information on your company and their location. The required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*). You must enter the information in the required fields in order to be able to advance to the next step.
After you fill out this section, the system will assign a Company ID to the Company Account. However, no company ID will be assigned if the process is incomplete, aborted, or fails.
If your company has previously submitted an application then the information will not be available for editing. You will need to Submit a Change Request in order to alter the information as it could impact active certificates.
The Plant Address is the actual location being certified.
The Mailing Address may be different.
The Billing Address is entered when you arrive at Step 3.
Note: All official correspondence between ASME and your company will be sent to the Contact's Primary E-mail Address that is registered in the system.
