This is a table that shows the access rights and posting options for ballots.
The checks in each cell of the table indicate access rights and posting options; blank cells indicate that the user does not have access to that corresponding feature. For example:
Members can only enter or revise their vote while the ballot is open.
Editors can only view ballots.
Only the C&S Connect System Administrator can delete a vote and ballot.
All users (except Volunteers and Editors) are able to post Public/3rd Party Comments, maintain Appeals Letters, and send ballots out for re-circulation.

Note: The public cannot access any items under the Meetings or This Committee sections. At this time, the Meetings–Staff Beta link is only available for Staff.
The following are accessible by both Volunteers and Staff:
Roster, E-mail this Committee, Minutes, Agendas, Balance of Interest, X’s Ballots, X’s Records
Codes & Standards PDFs, Related Codes and Standards, Related Educational Products, and Committee Preferences.
Under Codes and Standards Resources, only AS-11 and Committee File Sharing cannot be accessed by the public.
All items under Publication Information can be accessed by the Public, Volunteers, and Staff.
