Component Ballot*: Contains any number of Component Records; may depend on departmental procedures
Entire Document Ballot*: Contains only one Entire Document Record. The Entire Document Record and Entire Document Ballot must be used together; may depend on departmental procedures
Weighted Ballot (Secret optional): Allows the ballot creator to assign a weighted scale to votes, and hide the personalized voting results, if preferred
Board Procedural Ballot: Formerly called “Standards Action Ballot”; may depend on departmental procedures
Recirculation Ballot*: Allows you to recirculate records from an existing ballot
Interpretations Ballot: Contains any number of Interpretation Records
Membership Ballot: Used for voting on committee membership issues
Real-Time Ballot: Used specifically at live meetings to capture the results of a vote as it occurs, in real time
