Several new reports were created on the Reports Tab under the New Reports section:
Three new filters have been added to the top of the section. You may use any one of these new filters in conjunction with the report specific filters in order to narrow your selection. Some of the reports may require the use of a specific filter (most often the Primary Committee Filter) and if so it will prompt you when you run the report. The new filters are:
Primary Committee Responsible (1)
Records Listing (2)
Ballots Listing (3)
To filter by Primary Committee Responsible:
Type in the first few letters of the committee name into the field.
Select the committee you would like.
Click on the >> arrows to move them into the selected committee box
To search by either Record or Ballot #:
Click on either the Search Records (2) or Search Ballots (3) button.
The Search Related Records / Ballots page will appear.
Enter the record # or ballot #. Partial numbers can be entered. Click the search button.
The search result page will contain records matching the numbers you entered.
To review the record / ballot information, click on the blue link (1)
To link this record to the current record you are about to create, click the check box (2)
You may add as many records and/or ballots as you would like to run reports on. When you are done, click on the Link these Records button (3)
This will take you back to the New Reports page so you may choose which report you want to run.
This report allows you to view highlights of the record information for records at a given record level and for a given record type for an individual committee or group of committees.
This will provide an overview of records at given record and status levels. Clicking on the Record# will pull up a more complete record report.
This report provides an overview of ballots for a given committee at a given ballot level and within a given range of dates.
This report lists interpretations at a given record level for a given committee.
This report lists any members of a given committee that have unreturned ballots within a given date range.
