Adding a New Company

Each company entry in CA Connect can only be associated with one program type.  Furthermore, each company entry in CA Connect can only be tied to one plant address.  For this reason, an individual representing multiple locations of their company will need to enter a new company record to be chosen from in the Company Selection Screen.   In order to add a new company, click the "Add New Company" button, then do the following:

    1. Enter the Company name and click "Search"

    2. If your company is already in our records it will appear as an option on the list, select it by using the link in the right hand column

    1. Selecting an existing company will pre-fill the form with the relevant address information. If you are submitting a new company entry you must fill out the form yourself

    2. Click "Create new Account"

    3. If you are submitting a new company you will be taken to the Company Selection Screen.   

    4. If you wish to link to an existing company you will need to submit your appointment as company representative on company letterhead to:
